Yes. I was very driven, but it was for a just cause. Somewhere, out there was my missing daughter. She had gone missing as a teenager. Been taken by my husband's brother and his wife.
I had come to Sunset Valley searching for her. I'd heard rumours that someone with blue hair like mine had been spotted here, so of course I had rushed on over. The police had long since given up, but not me. I was determined to find my daughter.
The person who claimed they saw my daughter arrived not five minutes after our conversation, and I set about getting a tape recorder to record what she said. I was very professional about everything. She was brightly dressed, and her hair was black with neon green highlights. My other children, Sapphire (16) and Azure (12) sat behind her.
